FAQ
What does Gluten-Free mean and who benefits from a gluten-free diet?
Gluten-Free means baking without wheat, oats, barley or rye. Gluten is a protein commonly found in grains. Recent studies have shown that gluten-free diets can benefit those who have multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, autism, Parkinson’s disease, loss of balance, Down’s syndrome, seizures, osteoporosis, anemia and diabetes (Type I and II). Those who are affected with Celiac Disease (a digestive disease that damages the small intestines because of sensitivity to gluten) benefit the most from a gluten-free diet. With one out of 133 adults in the USA diagnosed with Celiac, the awareness and necessity for a gluten-free diet has grown.

Please rest assured that our flour is uncontaminated and no wheat, oats, barley or rye comes into contact with our items.

We do offer certain items that do not contain diary. At the time, these items are the Banana Apple Butter Bread, Banana Walnut Bread and the Carrot Cake Cupcakes (without the cream cheese frosting). At the time we do not offer sugar free items, however, we aim to use as little sugar as possible. All items are labeled with their nutrition information and ingredient list. We are always testing new recipes, so check back often to see if when we have different flavors.
