Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Moonlight Bakery was started by two Sisters-in-Law who discovered they each had a passion for experimenting with new bakery flavors. While being personally affected with and noticing a growing awareness of Celiac Disease and gluten allergies, the need arose to serve bakery items to those who typically cannot enjoy homemade muffins, breads, pies or cakes. All items are baked fresh in a gluten-free environment to ensure the quality of each muffin, bread, cake or pie.
We only use the freshest ingredients and look forward to being able to use all locally grown and/or organic vegetables and fruits when they are in season. We update our menu regularly to include a variety of breads, muffins, pies and cakes, so be sure to check with us often for new flavors.
